HOUSE RENTAL

Come enjoy all that Lake Winnisquam has to offer! House guests have access to a private dock that can accommodate 2-4 boats depending on their size. The house sleeps 11 people with 3 bedroom home and 2.5 baths and we welcome dogs too! Large kitchen with french doors that open to the back part of the wrap around porch. There is a master bedroom, laundry room, and large living room. We are near the Winnisquam bridge and sandbar. There is a large yard includes basketball, fire pit, paddle boat, canoe, 1 adult bikes, and four kayaks. The gazebo and wrap around porch provides plenty of space to relax.
 
There are many wonderful aspects of our property as well as unique aspects. We have Ring video cameras around the outside of the property for everyone's protection. There are no camera's inside and none have audio. We are next to a busy road. One can hear vehicles going by. Between May-October, we rent out our other dock to 4 boat slip renters. They park on the side of the yard and walk through the far side of the property to access their boats. They are expected to be quiet and respectful of those renting the house. Parking is limited to 4-5 cars depending on the season and snow accumulation.

We cover all the Airbnb fees and we are dog friendly!!!
