KH Vacation House, LLC

Welcome to KH Vacation House located on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnisquam. We have over 220 ft of lakefront including two small sandy beaches. Our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home sleeps 11 and features a wrap around porch to enjoy the lake and mountain views or to catch the sunrise. We have a full kitchen with plenty of storage as well as a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove/oven along with basic spices and condiments. There is a large living room with a TV that streams several options as well as games for adults and children. We are fortunate to have a large yard that has basketball, horseshoes, fire pit, hammock, and a gazebo to relax while getting away from the bugs. We also have kayaks, bikes, a paddleboat and canoe available for guests to use. We are close to the WOW trail just over the bridge.

We are located close to all the lakes region amenities: 17 minutes from Gunstock and the Bank of NH Pavilion as well as 15 min from the Belknap hiking range. We are not far from several wineries and breweries. We are across from the sand bar and in a no wake zone which makes the water calm. We are across from Winnisquam Marine where you can rent boats. You are welcome to use one side of our dock for your boat or a rental. We are next to the Winnisquam bridge and next to RTE3. You can walk to mini golf and a great place to get lobster rolls! Conveniently, the Winnisquam Deli is across the street. We love their breakfast sandwiches!
